- 2 brown trout fillets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
- 1 tbsp sake (Japanese rice wine) or dry white wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
